¿Cómo ordeno mi vida?

¿Qué dice Dios acerca del autocuidado? ¿Por qué y cómo puedo cuidarme y ordenar mi vida de manera integral? ¿No es egoísta? ¿No es pecado poner énfasis en el cuidado del cuerpo? Vemos claras instrucciones en la Escritura de que el ser humano está llamado a amar con toda su mente, alma, fuerzas y corazón (dos de estos implican la parte física). God has given us a body, and when He came to the world He came in a body. When He ascended to heaven, He ascended in a body, but when it was necessary to crucify Him, He was willing to do it.
