Neon CD

NEON is a groundbreaking album for Dutch worship band InSalvation.   For the first time, the band has collaborated with British producer Trevor Michael, known for his work with, among others, Martin Smith. Johnny Bird, guitarist and arranger in Martin's band, also participated on the songs on NEON.   The music refers to themes such as worship and justice, based on the theme that inspired the CD title according to the band: "If you break NEON rods, they give light. That image inspired us. God gave His own Son Jesus to give His life for us. The body of Jesus was literally broken to become the light of the world and to save mankind through His love and grace. By that light we are a new creation. Recognizing that we need Jesus' love and grace, let His Light shine in us. From a meeting with Him we may pass that light on to the world around us.   "InSalvation is a band with a heart for worship and justice, which desires to worship God together, celebrate and change the world in His presence. The band was founded from a group of young musicians with a heart for Jesus and for music. In recent years InSalvation has toured extensively through The Netherlands and Europe with (amongst others) Leeland.
