Life Principles from Prophets of the Old Testament

This book is a part of a series of books designed to provide a personal look at the lives of some of the key prophets found in the Bible. The fact that there were prophets points to God wanting to speak to us—then and now. The theme Following God is one that emphasizes the importance of building a relationship with God, living a life totally surrendered to Him and His leading. Examples are given of those who received blessing from a surrendered walk with God as well as those who did not follow Him and His direction. This Bible study is designed in an interactive format, incorporating scriptural points of interest. Other features include a look at the characters from an historical perspective, as well as interesting facts about the time when these characters lived. While this interactive book can lead an individual in growing in knowing and walking with God, we are also including a Leader’s Guide for Small Group interaction. The Leader’s Guide walks through each Lesson (Scripture Adventure) seeking to help guide discussion and application to one’s daily walk Following God.
