It’s still true. Nothing, in this life or the next, is more important than encountering God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ (2 Cor. 4:6). We see that passion on full display in the songs of heaven:“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain,to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!”(Revelation 5:12, ESV) If heaven never gets tired of praising the glorious Christ, how can we?
