God's promise is sure; as is the hope we can have in believing He will fulfil His promises. Faced with the challenge of false teaching, Peter seeks to encourage his friends to keep growing and developing in their love and knowledge of Jesus. He tells them to wait patiently and confidently -- assured that God's promises would be fulfilled. Whatever our challenges are today, we too can find encouragement and hope to keep boldly on with our journey of faith.
