Designed For Living

This new workbook by Jeannette Barwick and Helena Wilkinson is designed to complement the course entitled 'Designed for Living - Life as God intended'. Looking at how God originally created men and women in His image, the eight Bible-based sessions take participants stage by stage through a process of exposing wrong beliefs, thought processes and behaviours to being restored into the divine image and empowered to live to their full potential as children of God. The eight sessions look at the following topics: Life as God intended; Hungry for something; Ways we hold back; Affirming our value; Recognising our behaviour; Directing our thoughts; Channelling our emotions; and, Safeguarding our bodies.
