FaithWeaver Friends Preschool Play-It Leader Guide Fall 2017

Play-It is one of four Discovery Centers that kids visit each week at FaithWeaver Friends®. Through fun, noncompetitive games and exploratory play, children will personally connect with and experience each Bible lesson. They'll use firsthand experiences along with their senses and imaginations to walk away with not just a Bible memory verse, but a Bible memory. Each Play-It activity adds fun and participation to the week’s Bible Point or lesson. However, preschoolers are still learning how to play in small groups. They’re more able to cooperate with friends than younger children are, but they still need practice getting along with others. That’s why your role at FaithWeaver Friends is so important. You’ll make sure that playtime is a positive experience where everybody plays, everybody cooperates, and nobody goes home feeling like a loser. One is included in each Preschool Kit.
