Set against the historical Tulsa Race of 1921, Greenwood and Archer: After the Riots continues the fictional story of the Greenwood District residents working to recover from the riots' devastation.

Billy Ray Matthias and Benny Freeman are engaged but Benny is hesitant to set a date. Benny's ex-fiancee, Jordan Frank shows up and her future is threatened by her past. Billy Ray struggles with possibly losing Benny and God's call to preach.

 DP Dooley fights against the bigoted White Glove society while wrestling with anger towards God. Chief Tobias Parnell's hard-edged racial views have dulled. He's lost favor with the White Glove Society. Teaming up with Dooley, he fights against racketeering, bootlegging and racial crimes.

Braving Tulsa's social ills, five clergymen come together in an attempt to unite God's people, regardless of their differences.
