Sermon On The Mount

Matthew is the Gospel of the kingdom. So it is appropriate that he should open with a manifesto from the lips of the King Himself. The sermon on the mount addresses several significant issues that are important for our life today, including: -The relationship between the present dispensation and the previous -The principles that are to regulate life in the kingdom -The danger of rejecting Jesus and His Kingdom -The futility of nominal adherence to kingdom life -The authority the King (Jesus) has over the final destiny of mankind  Take the opportunity to understand, appreciate, and obey this great Sermon. The authors warn against discounting it as law-keeping, or misunderstanding its relationship to the teaching of the Epistles. The view from the top of the mountain is magnificent.
