The Bird and the Bee Sides begins with a baker%26#8217;s dozen of original new tunes collected under the moniker of The Nashville Tennis EP. With all five members writing and taking turns on lead vocals, it%26#8217;s perhaps Relient K%26#8217;s most diverse effort to date, including Thiessen%26#8217;s alt-country %26#8220;At Least We Made It This Far,%26#8221; bassist John Warne%26#8217;s %26#8220;The Last, The Lost, The Least,%26#8221; which is explosive both sonically and in its social commentary, and new drummer Ethan Luck%26#8217;s punk rock reggae %26#8220;No Reaction,%26#8221; to name but a few highlights. As for the %26#8220;Bee Sides%26#8221; Relient K remixed and re-mastered 13 tracks, including an acoustic version of the hit single %26#8220;Who I Am Hates Who I%26#8217;ve Been%26#8221;.
